Step One
Preheat your air fryer to 200 degrees C and set for 12 minutes. If your air fryer lacks a preheat option, simply set it for 14 minutes and introduce the fish fingers two minutes in to allow it time to achieve the desired temperature.
Step Two
Gently add the fish fingers.
Step Three
Air fry for 12 minutes, turning carefully halfway through. I don’t always do this, but it certainly results in a more uniformly golden fish finger.
If you choose to flip, utilize silicone tongs.
Step Four
Spread a tortilla wrap with sweet chili sauce, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and a drizzle of mayonnaise.
Step Five
Place the fish fingers, ensuring they are steaming hot first.
I suggest using a food thermometer and placing them back in the air fryer if necessary.
Step Six
Wrap securely. I leave one end open so I can fill it more!
Another option is to return to the air fryer once wrapped, seam side down, and air fry for 1-2 minutes to crisp the wrap and assist it in maintaining its shape.
