Beetroot Latte

Beetroot Latte

Beetroot Latte – since we all require more coffee substitutes in our lives.

Before I share the recipe for this entry with everyone, I just wanted to take a brief moment to express my gratitude for your remarkable support. Without you, this blog simply wouldn’t be possible. You truly define this blog’s essence, whether you reside in Germany, the U.K., the U.S., or Brazil – your support is invaluable to me, and I wholeheartedly thank you for trying my recipes, for commenting on my entries, and for sending so many personal messages, and just for being present.I review every single remark on my last giveaway, and it’s very apparent that quick and simple portable lunches are the definitive favorites from my little survey. Consequently, I will strive to create more “to-Go” recipes in the future.

Now, on to this beetroot latte. I am constantly looking for coffee substitutes, because frankly, I’m not fond of coffee. I must confess that I still consume it, as I enjoy this morning ritual where you rise, brew a coffee, and take a moment to read the newspaper or simply admire the sunset. Quite odd for someone who discusses healthy eating and living so often, right? Well, I never consume more than two cups a day (not even cups, more akin to teapots) so I don’t fret about it too much. Still, I am mindful that coffee isn’t great for individuals with blood pressure concerns, so I attempt to limit it as much as I can.

This beetroot latte merges all the finest ingredients and even aids in regulating my blood pressure – how incredible is that? It’s also absurdly simple to prepare – just take a shot of beetroot juice, mix it with frothed milk and a sweetener of your choice, and you’re all set.

I don’t purchase the juice; instead, I produce it at home with my juicer – so naturally, I don’t just activate this appliance for a shot of beet juice. I usually whip up a carrot, beetroot, apple, ginger, lime juice, so that’s another positive aspect of this beetroot latte.

To be honest, just like my turmeric latte, I recognize that this beetroot latte may not appeal to everyone. Don’t be hard on yourself if you dislike it or if you don’t even wish to give it a shot. Beetroot does possess a somewhat earthy flavor, and to be truthful, one must adore beetroot juice in order to enjoy this latte. I don’t want to mislead you – this latte doesn’t taste like coffee. I believe it tastes far superior, significantly more intriguing, and indeed – it does taste nourishing.

But being healthy isn’t a bad thing, is it?
