Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Bread
Butterfly Pea Flower Bread is my preferred bread for the spring season. It features two doughs, intertwined with my ‘everyday’ bread recipe, adding a brilliant touch of color to the board.
While pita bread would generally be my choice throughout the year, this board is meant for spring.
The sole other exception would be my Christmas charcuterie board, where I would feature my beetroot and spinach braided bread.

Seasonally appropriate Beet Hummus hard-boiled eggs filled with beet hummus, providing more than just a splash of color!
Although I have a range of hummus recipes, including my grandmother’s classic hummus, pumpkin hummus with chili oil, and butternut squash hummus, topped with toasted squash seeds, I opted for my beet hummus due to its vibrant hue!
Mediterranean Tzatziki
Tzatziki is a rich spread suitable for kofta sandwiches, an excellent dip for grape leaves, or enjoyed alone as a refreshing salad.
Made fresh with homemade
yogurt, or Greek yogurt, along with a generous amount of diced cucumbers, lemon, and garlic.
The Tzatziki is ideally suited for small bowls and can be positioned anywhere on the brunch platter, complete with a tiny spoon.
Mediterranean Stuffed Grape Leaves
Historically, each Mediterranean area possesses its variation of stuffed grape leaves.
In Greece, tomatoes can frequently be found in the filling of rice and meat, while Iranian and Moroccan fare may include raisins and rice in their blend.
This is my preferred filling for grape leaves, which I adapted from my Syrian mother.
The wonderful aspect of including stuffed grape leaves on a charcuterie board is that they are almost a full meal in one bite, easily held, and fit seamlessly on the board.
