- 2 slices Bacon cooked and sliced into 12 pieces

Preheat your oven to 325. On a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, arrange the mini tart shells with some space in between.

Hold a small serrated knife as though you were peeling a small fruit, and slice along the top of the broad end of the eggshell to remove it like a lid. The egg will easily slide into the tart shell.

Take a small piece of cooked bacon and place it at the edge of the shell within the egg whites, being cautious not to break the yolk. Sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired.

Bake until the egg yolk is set, approximately 10 minutes. Enjoy.
